Thessaloniki Court of First Instance decision No. 45163/2025
The dispute concerned successive sales of equipment for photovoltaic installations, with a total transaction value exceeding EUR 2,000,000.
Our client, the selling company, was entitled to receive an amount exceeding EUR 60,000 from the outstanding balance of the purchase price.
An action was filed to recover the amount due.
The opposing purchasing company alleged that defective equipment had been delivered and, by way of counterclaim, sought compensation exceeding EUR 2,000,000.
The Court fully accepted our arguments and our claim, and rejected the opposing party’s allegations and counterclaim.
It ordered the payment of the outstanding amount of EUR 60,000, together with statutory interest.
