ARKOUDIS ANTONIOS
Supreme Court Attorney – Founder of Arkoudis & Partners Law Office
Antonios Arkoudis was born in 1948 in Kato Scholari, Thessaloniki. He attended the 4th Boys’ High School of Thessaloniki and the High School of Nea Kallikrateia, and graduated from the 3rd Boys’ High School of Thessaloniki. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He has been actively practicing law since 1980 and is a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, with the right of audience before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos). With over 45 years of professional experience, he is recognized for his deep legal knowledge and courtroom presence.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has handled complex legal cases, including several with significant social and political impact—such as the “Green Berets” case and the high-profile case involving forged signatures of members of parliament.
He has served as legal advisor and external counsel to a wide range of companies and organizations, including:
Synetairistiki Promitheftiki Enosi S.A., Nikopoulos-Kyriazis Publications S.A., Pegasus Publications S.A. (Ethnos, Imerisia, various magazines), Guardian Security, Protelco Security, and the Thessaloniki Public Markets Organization, among others.
He has represented clients before courts across Greece, as well as in jurisdictions of other European countries. Over the years, more than forty young attorneys have begun their professional journeys under his guidance, many of whom now serve in the judiciary—some having risen to the highest ranks of the Greek Supreme Court.

DIMITRIOS ARKOUDIS
Attorney at Law, LL.M.
Dimitrios Arkoudis was born in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. He completed his secondary education at Anatolia College (American College of Thessaloniki) and went on to study at the Faculty of Law of Democritus University of Thrace, from which he graduated. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from the same university, with a specialization in Criminal Law.
He is actively engaged in both litigation and advisory legal practice, with significant experience in handling complex and high-stakes cases across the full spectrum of Criminal and Civil Law. In parallel, he provides ongoing legal support to companies and legal entities, serving as their legal advisor.
He has developed particular expertise in representing members of the Greek diaspora, especially in the United States and Australia. He maintains steady collaborations with the law office of Ioannis Tripidakis (GreekLawyerOnline.gr, Australia) and the law firm Davaris – Tripidakis (GreekUSALawyers.com, U.S.A.), offering specialized legal services in matters of inheritance law, citizenship, real estate, and residence permits.
His legal commentary on Criminal Law has been published in academic legal journals.
In 2019, he was a candidate for Mayor of the Municipality of Kalamaria and served as a municipal councilor until 2021. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Folklife & Ethnological Museum of Macedonia–Thrace.

ORFANIDIS MICHAIL
Supreme Court Attorney
Michail Orfanidis was born in Thessaloniki and graduated from the 21st High School in 1997. He began his legal studies in 2000 at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and later continued and completed them at the Faculty of Law of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, graduating in 2007. He has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2008 and holds the right of audience before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos).
He practices both litigation and advisory law, actively participating in complex and demanding cases. He specializes in Banking, Bankruptcy, and Civil Law, while also working on Criminal and Corporate Law matters, as well as issues related to Land Registry and Trademarks.
Michail has extensive experience in out-of-court debt settlement mechanisms and bankruptcy proceedings involving both small and large cases. Additionally, he handles property and inheritance disputes, always focused on strategically protecting his clients’ rights.

VASILEIA ARKOUDI
Attorney at Law
Vasileia Arkoudi was born and raised in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. She attended Anatolia College (American College of Thessaloniki) and completed her secondary education at the 14th General High School of Thessaloniki. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Democritus University of Thrace.
She completed her legal internship at the Legal Department of the Municipality of Kalamaria, where she remained as a member of the legal service for two years. During this period, she gained valuable experience in Administrative Law, handling cases related to public contracts and tenders, as well as issues concerning the operation of public administration and legal entities governed by public law. Additionally, she managed cases in the challenging field of expropriations.
In 2021, she joined our firm, taking charge of the areas of administrative law and enforcement proceedings.
She has participated in the training seminar “Acceptance of Inheritance by Attorney Act after Law 5095/2024,” acquiring the capability to draft inheritance acceptance acts without the mediation of a notary public.

Maria Tsisliani was born in Thessaloniki. She was admitted to the Faculty of Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1998 and graduated in 2003. She has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2005.

From 2021 to 2024, she served as an external legal consultant to the Municipality of Thermaikos.
